The impact of Vagus Nerve Simulation
Leverage PEMF therapy to stimulate the vagus nerve, promoting relaxation, reducing anxiety, and enhancing sleep quality. This non-invasive, scientifically designed approach seamlessly fits into your routine, supporting a healthier, more balanced life.
How Can PEMF Support Vagus Nerve Stimulation?
By delivering gentle, non-invasive electromagnetic pulses, PEMF therapy is a safe and effective way to stimulate the vagus nerve, promoting overall relaxation and reducing stress. PEMF works by sending targeted pulses that influence the vagus nerve’s electrical signals, enhancing its ability to regulate key bodily functions like mood, digestion, and immune response.
With regular use, a PEMF device can help improve vagal tone, linked to better well-being. Explore our tailored Quick Start Programs for Vagus Nerve Stimulation and experience the benefits of PEMF for a more balanced lifestyle.

Most Effective Frequencies for Stimulating the Vagus Nerve
Promoting general well-being and reducing stress when applied to the neck with our device for Vagus Nerve stimulation. For those with low initial well-being, the effectiveness of PEMF Vagus Nerve stimulation is even higher.
Achieved the highest score in enhancing general well-being and showed significant improvements in sleep quality.
Is most effective in reducing stress, both frequencies are equally effective in combating anxiety.
The positive effects can still be seen one week after the end of the stimulation, supporting its long-term influence.
On Day 6, the largest number of participants reporting improvements
in sleep was observed in the 16 Hz group.

NeoRhythm is non-invasive and safe to use. Follow the recommended protocols to avoid any minor side effects, and hydrate extensively before and after each session.
A pleasant, relaxing sensation can be felt during the stimulation. Please note that no pulsating, buzzing or any other sounds will be emitted from the device. NeoRhythm doesn’t produce any audible or invasive stimuli.
We recommend using NeoRhythm daily, only stimulating the Vagus Nerve for 30 minutes a day. Use it for 7 days, then discontinue use for 3 days. After 3 days, you can begin another 7 day stimulation period, followed by a 3-day break and so on.
