We’re so confident that you’re going to fall in love with your new neurostimulation device, MDCN Tech Ltd. offers a 60-day money-back guarantee which starts the day you have received your device. If you’re not delighted with the results, send NeoRhythm back for a full refund.

To request a refund, please contact the Customer Happiness team, and they will process your request within one business day. Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used for the initial payment and may take three to five business days to appear on your statement.

Customers may return NeoRhythm within 60 days of receipt. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of shipping.

Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will inspect your returned item after such notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange, which acceptance or rejection will be in our sole discretion. If approved, your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. If approved, your exchange will be sent to you using the address and shipping instructions on your original order. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

If for some reason you do not receive your check by the end of the first week please contact support.

OmniPEMF products (NeoRhythm) are effective for the majority of patients within the first two weeks of daily use, but some customers may require up to four weeks to experience positive results. If you need a few extra days or even a couple of extra weeks, we would be delighted to extend the refund period.

In order to properly process the returning shipment, THE SENDER OF THE DEVICE MUST BE THE SAME AS THE RECIPIENT OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE.

Returning Your Device

Please use delivery confirmation when returning a device. We are not responsible for a lost package if there is no confirmation that we received it.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product to MDCN Tech Ltd. We will cover the cost of repair or replacement, as well as standard ground shipping of the repaired or replaced product to your home or office. Please include your contact information.
