Returns and refunds policy
We are confident enough that you are going to love your new neurostimulation device. So, MDCN Tech Ltd. offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, which starts with the day that you receive your device. If you are not satisfied with the results, there is an option to send us your NeoRhythm back for a full refund.
To request a refund, please contact the Customer Happiness team. They will process your request within one to two (1-2) business days. Then you will receive an RMA number and document. After receiving the RMA number and document your device or accessory must be shipped within an appropriate timeframe of seven (7) days after receiving the number and document.
There are standard return rules to be followed in the refund process: a) a tracking number for the return shipment must be sent to email@example.com – MDCN Tech does not cover return shipping costs; b) MDCN Tech does not cover any other charges that may come from return shipping such as customs duties or handling charges; c) The device must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA number or document; d) The device must come in its original packaging; e) The device must be shipped together with all of its accessories; f) You must return the device undamaged and in pristine condition. MDCN Tech reserves the right to refuse or return devices not sent in compliance with the rules stated above. Consequently, MDCN Tech also has the right to charge the customer all processing, shipping, and handling charges.
We issue refunds based on the payment method used for the initial payment. It may take three to ten (3-10) business days to appear on your bank statement. If you used a card or digital banking account for the purchase, then we will only process refunds to the credit or debit card or digital banking account used for the transaction. If the card or account used has been lost, stolen, or replaced, please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the changed circumstances. At the discretion of MDCN Tech Ltd., you might take additional steps and internal consultation.
We process refunds within approximately five (5) business days after we receive your merchandise. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Subsequently, we will inspect your returned item after mentioned notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange, of which the acceptance or rejection will be at our sole discretion. If approved, we will credit back the refund to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. If approved, we will send your exchange to you using the address and shipping instructions on your original order, unless requested otherwise. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
For some reason, if you do not receive your funds after ten (10) days of receiving your refund message, please contact our Customer Happiness team.
OmniPEMF products are effective for the majority of users within the first two weeks of daily use. However, some users may require up to four weeks to experience positive results. If you need a few extra days or even a couple of extra weeks, we will gladly extend the refund period.
Simply email us at email@example.com. We would prefer that you have ample time to judge the effectiveness of our technology rather than returning it prematurely.
In order to properly process the returning shipment, THE SENDER OF THE DEVICE MUST BE THE SAME AS THE RECIPIENT OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
OmniPEMF Accessories Policy
Besides NeoRhythm, MDCN Tech Ltd. also sells headband covers, knee support bandage wraps, and the NeoWrap also referred to as accessories.
Products designated as non-returnable
Due to hygienic reasons, headband covers, knee support bandage wraps, and the NeoWrap are non-returnable items. Therefore, their potential return does not constitute a full or partial refund. Having the accessories in their original packaging also does not warrant a return. The accessories are of a unique nature and therefore that is why our policies treat them as such.
Products with a restocking fee
The OmniPEMF accessories that have a restocking fee are magnetic stripes and magnetic spirals. These accessories feature textile materials that need to be replaced once returned or restocked due to hygienic reasons. The 60-day money-back guarantee is applicable. MDCN Tech Ltd. charges the restocking fee upon the return of the accessory. The restocking fee may change from time to time. Standard return rules (seen in the 3rd paragraph of this text) apply to products with a restocking fee. So, we encourage the customer who intends to return their product to remove the magnets from their textile covering and return only the magnets.

- Please note that only orders placed directly through MDCN Tech Ltd. are eligible for the described returns and refunds process. Devices and accessories sold through our partners elsewhere are subject to their own different return policies. Hence, if you purchased a device or accessories from unauthorized sources, then they are not eligible for returns or warranty.
- Upon import, shipments that are refused or rejected by their receivers (customers) are sent back to MDCN Tech d.o.o. or destroyed – this comes at the expense of the original sender, in this case, MDCN Tech d.o.o. It is therefore company policy upon refunding such orders, to reserve the right to deduct 20% from the price of any order that was refused or rejected during final delivery to fund all added costs that come with the refusal/rejection of a delivery/shipment – in short, a restocking fee is applied. Please keep in mind that restocking fees are related to the failure of payment of import duties, taxes, handling fees. Items damaged in transit or requiring warranty repair and/or replacement are not subject to restocking fees.
