Refund Policy

We are confident enough that you are going to love your new PEMF device. Therefore, MDCN Tech Ltd. offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, which starts on the day the device is received. If you are not satisfied with the results, there is an option to send your NeoRhythm devices for a refund.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team through a form at www.omnipemf.com/support. They will process your request within one to two (1-2) business days. Then you will receive an RMA number and document via email. After receiving the RMA number and document your device must be shipped within an appropriate timeframe of seven (7) days after receiving the number and document.

There are standard return rules to be followed in the refund process:

a)  Upon sending, a tracking number or proof of postage must be sent through a form at www.omnipemf.com/support – MDCN Tech does not cover return shipping costs to the manufacturing site located in the European Union (EU);

b)  MDCN Tech does not cover any other charges that may come from return shipping such as customs duties or handling charges;

c)  The device must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving the RMA number and/or document;

d)  The device must come in its original packaging;

e)  The device must be shipped together with all of its accessories;

f)  The device must be returned undamaged and in pristine condition.

g) Please note that you have two options for sending the shipment: including tracking information or selecting a more cost-effective alternative and providing us with proof of postage for the returned item. It’s important to be aware that if you choose to forego tracking and the package is lost, we cannot issue a refund until it is delivered to us.

MDCN Tech reserves the right to refuse or return devices not sent in compliance with the rules stated above. Consequently, MDCN Tech also has the right to charge the customer all processing, shipping, and handling charges.

In case of a Bundle return, if both devices are being returned the entire cost of the bundle will be reimbursed to you. However, in the event of only returning one device of the two, the full price of the device you are keeping will be considered, and you will be reimbursed for the remaining price difference in the bundle.

We issue refunds based on the payment method used for the initial payment. They may take three to ten (3-10) business days to appear on back your account. If you used a card or a digital banking account for the purchase, then we will only process refunds to the credit card, debit card, or digital banking account used for the original transaction. If the card or account used has been deactivated, stolen, or replaced, please contact us through a form at www.omnipemf.com/support to inform us of the changed circumstances. At the discretion of MDCN Tech Ltd., additional steps and internal consultation might be needed to review the changed circumstances.

We process refunds immediately after we receive the returned product(s) with a maximum timeline of five (5) days after the delivery. At that time, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Subsequently, we will inspect your return after the mentioned notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, which the acceptance or rejection will be at our sole discretion. If approved, we will credit back the refund to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our site(s). The refund amount for the NeoRhythm is full, while the refund amount for the NeoRhythm Pad is subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original paid amount. The restocking fee is applied due to the design and construction of the Pad which makes its refurbishment more complicated. Please note that if the inner quality seal of the NeoRhythm Pad is removed and this is verified upon return, the money-back guarantee and with it the refund are void.

If for some reason you do not receive your funds after ten (10) days of receiving your refund message, please contact our customer support team.

In order to properly process the return shipment, the sender of the device must be the same as the recipient of the original package.

Omnipemf products are effective for the majority of users within the first two weeks of daily use. However, some users may require up to four weeks to experience positive results as the devices do not offer instant solutions, but rather long-term results. If you need a few extra days or even a couple of extra weeks, we will gladly extend the guarantee period upon request. Simply contact us through a form at www.omnipemf.com/support. We would prefer that you have ample time to judge the effectiveness of our technology rather than returning it prematurely.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy covers physical and digital defects that are not the result of improper use of the device. Please note that the warranty does not include physical damage on NeoRhythm devices done by improper handling – using the NeoRhythm (wearable) without the protective pouch, sitting on the wearable, breaking the devices in half, bending the coils improperly, etc. nor does it cover water damage. The device should be stored properly and used within the guide in the manual. All devices purchased through omnipemf.com or indiegogo.com or any other official sale channels of MDCN Tech Ltd. are covered by this warranty. If a device exhibits physical or digital defects that affect its functioning and this is verified by our customer support team, then a replacement or direct compensation is in line with our Warranty Policy. The Warranty policy is active for two (2) years after the device is received by the customer with a maximum extension of twenty-six (26) months.

If a defect is verified and replacement approved, a new replacement product will be sent to the customer using the address and shipping instructions of their original order, unless requested otherwise. Conversely, if a refund is requested instead of a replacement, it can be transferred upon the verification of the defect by our team. We offer no replacements or refunds of any products designated on this site as non-returnable.

Omnipemf Accessories Policy

Besides the NeoRhythm, NeoRhythm Pad an NeoRhythm Tube, MDCN Tech Ltd. also sells headband covers, knee support bandage wraps, the NeoWrap, and extra covers for NeoRhythm Pad (SeaCell and Celliant) also referred to as accessories.


Only purchases made directly from our online store(s) qualify for returns, refunds, and warranty of the device. There are standard return rules to be followed in the refund process which are the same as the ones for the NeoRhythm, NeoRhythm Pad or NeoRhythm Tube. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged or non-functioning devices cannot be returned for a refund. Products designated as non-returnable

Due to hygienic reasons, headband covers, support wraps, NeoWrap and extra NeoRhythm Pad covers (SeaCell and Celliant) are non-returnable items. Therefore, their potential return does not constitute a full or partial refund. Having the accessories in their original packaging also does not warrant a return. The accessories are of a unique nature and our policies reflect that.

Other Products & Services

Refunds for the Beynex brain training app/subscription are also covered by our policy. A request for a refund may be put forth within seven (7) days of purchasing the subscription. In that timeframe a full refund for the service is possible, after seven (7) days pass, no refunds are possible.

General Notice

1. Please note that only orders placed directly through MDCN Tech Ltd. are eligible for the described returns and refunds process. Devices and accessories sold through our partners elsewhere are subject to their own policies. Therefore, if an MDCN Tech Ltd. product was purchased from an unauthorized source, the return and refund or warranty claim is void.

2. Upon import, shipments that are refused or rejected by their receivers (customers) are sent back to MDCN Tech Ltd. or destroyed – this comes at the expense of the original sender, in this case, MDCN Tech Ltd. Therefore, it is company policy upon refunding such orders, to reserve the right to deduct 30% from the price of any order that was refused or rejected during final delivery to fund all added costs that come with the refusal/rejection of said delivery/shipment – in short, a restocking fee is applied. Please keep in mind that restocking fees are related to the failure to pay import duties, taxes, and handling fees. Items damaged in transit or requiring warranty repair and/or replacement are not subject to restocking fees.

3. MDCN Tech Ltd. is not accountable for locating or the failure to deliver return shipments by their respective carriers, arranged by the customer wishing to return their device(s). In such a case, please contact and notify the customer support team of mentioned event. At the discretion of MDCN Tech Ltd., further steps can be taken regarding return shipments.
