Refund Policy

We are confident enough that you are going to love your new neurostimulation device, that the MDCN Tech Ltd. offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, which starts with the day that you receive your device. If you aren’t satisfied with the results, there is an option to send us your NeoRhythm back for a full refund.

To request a refund, please contact the Customer Happiness team, and they will process your request within one to two (1-2) business days. Then you will receive an RMA number and document. After receiving the RMA number and document. The device must be shipped within an appropriate timeframe of seven (7) days after receiving the aforementioned files.

There are some rules to be followed in the refund process: a) a tracking number for the return shipment must be sent to [email protected] – MDCN Tech does not cover return shipping costs; b) MDCN Tech does not cover any other charges that may come from return shipping such as customs duties or handling charges; c) The device must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA number or document; d) The device must come in its original packaging; e) The device must be shipped together with all of its accessories; f) The device must be undamaged and in pristine condition. MDCN Tech reserves the right to refuse or return devices not sent in compliance with the rules stated above and charge the customer all processing, shipping and handling charges.

Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used for the initial payment and may take three to ten (3-10) business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will inspect your returned item after such notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange, which acceptance or rejection will be in our sole discretion. If approved, your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. If approved, your exchange will be sent to you using the address and shipping instructions on your original order. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS

If for some reason you do not receive your funds after ten (10) days of receiving your refund message please contact support.

OmniPEMF products (NeoRhythm) are effective for the majority of patients within the first two weeks of daily use, but some customers may require up to four weeks to experience positive results. If you need a few extra days or even a couple of extra weeks, we would be delighted to extend the refund period.

In order to properly process the returning shipment, THE SENDER OF THE DEVICE MUST BE THE SAME AS THE RECIPIENT OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
