Refund Policy

We are confident enough that you are going to love your new Omnipemf device. Therefore, MDCN Tech d.o.o. offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, which starts with the day that you’ve received your device. If you are not satisfied with the results, there is an option to send us your NeoRhythm devices back for a refund. The refund policy for the Beynex brain training app is possible in the timeframe of seven (7) days once the paid subscription starts.

In case of a Bundle return, if both devices are being returned the entire cost of the bundle will be reimbursed to you. However, in the event of only returning one device of the two, the full price of the device you are keeping will be considered, and you will be reimbursed for the remaining price difference in the bundle.

To request a refund, please contact the customer support team. Subsequently, they will process your request within one to two (1-2) business days. Then you will receive an RMA number and document. After receiving the RMA number and document you must ship your device within an appropriate timeframe of seven (7) days after receiving the aforementioned documents.

There are some rules to be followed in the refund process: a) a tracking number for the return shipment must be sent to www.omnipemf.com/support – MDCN Tech d.o.o. does not cover return shipping costs to the European Union (EU); b) MDCN Tech d.o.o. does not cover any other charges that may come from return shipping such as customs duties or handling charges; c) The device must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving the RMA number or document; d) The device must come in its original packaging; e) The device must be shipped together with all of its accessories; f) You must return the device undamaged and in pristine condition. MDCN Tech reserves the right to refuse or return devices not sent in compliance with the rules stated above. Consequently, MDCN Tech d.o.o. also reserves the right to charge the customer all processing, shipping, and handling charges related to returning a device.

Refunds are issued to the same payment account used for the original payment on the same platform. It may take three to ten (3-10) business days for the funds to appear back on your account.

We process refunds immediately after we receive the returned product(s) with a maximum timeline of five (5) days after the delivery. At that time, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Subsequently, we will inspect your return after the mentioned notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, of which the acceptance or rejection will be at our sole discretion. If approved, we will credit back the refund to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our site(s).

If for some reason you do not receive your funds after ten (10) days of receiving your refund confirmation message, please contact customer support.

Omnipemf products (NeoRhythm, NeoRhythm Pad, NeoRhytm Tube and their accessories) and Beynex, brain training app are effective for the majority of users within the first two weeks of daily use. However, some customers may require up to four weeks or more to experience positive results. Therefore, if you need a few extra days or even a couple of extra weeks, we can extend the 60-day money-back guarantee period via contacting the customer support team.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all the products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us, or we will not have obligation to sell any products to you. Moreover, each order is subject to acceptance or rejection by us, at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the products and services you have ordered. A single agreement, independent of any other orders, will interpret each accepted order.

After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the products and services you have ordered. You have the option to cancel your order at any time before we have sent your order confirmation email by contacting our the customer support team at www.omnipemf.com/support. You, the buyer, shall have the sole obligation to obtain all required approvals, permissions, and licenses in order to purchase, import, and use the products and/or services.

Prices and Payment Terms

(A) All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on our site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. In your order confirmation email, you will get that information. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges that result from shipping and handling. Moreover, the posted prices do not include any import costs – depending on the shipping destination, custom duties may apply. You are responsible to abide by any relevant customs and import regulations of the destination country. Applicable customs and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

(B) We may offer occasional promotions on our site that may affect pricing. Terms and conditions separate from these Terms govern promotions. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern.

(C) Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise, we agree in writing, we must receive payment before our acceptance of an order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the (credit) card or PayPal information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use mentioned (credit) card or PayPal account for the purchase; (iii) charges that you incur will be honored by your (credit) card company (i.e. financial institution) or PayPal; and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the site at the time of your order. Timely payment of the price and all other related charges is of the essence, otherwise General Notice two (2) applies.

Shipments, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

(i) We will arrange the shipment of the product(s) to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You, the buyer/customer, will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.

(ii) Risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the shipper. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The estimated delivery time is five to eight (5-8) days after it has been shipped to the customer. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Limited warranty

SUBJECT TO THE TERMS HEREIN, FOR THE PERIOD STARTING ON THE DATE OF RECEIVING YOUR Omnipemf PRODUCT(S) AND ENDING two (2) years OR A MAXIMUM OF twenty-six (26) months LATER (THE “WARRANTY PERIOD”), WE WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS, WORKMANSHIP and DIGITAL COMPONENTS. We do not extend the Warranty Period if we already replace a warranted product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of products from the site. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product.

Our warranty policy covers physical and digital defects. All products purchased through omnipemf.com or any other official sale channels of MDCN Tech d.o.o. are covered by this warranty. If a product exhibits physical or digital defects that affect its functioning and this is verified by our customer support team, then a replacement or direct compensation is in line with this Warranty Policy. The Warranty Policy is active for two (2) years after the product is received by the customer, with a maximum extension of twenty-six (26) months. If a defect is verified and replacement approved, a new replacement product will be sent to the customer using the address and shipping instructions of their original order, unless requested otherwise. We offer no replacements or refunds for any products designated on this site as non-returnable. The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

  • Failure or damage to the device or its components due to improper use.
  • Damage and contamination of the device caused by improper protection.
  • The removal or tearing of the device’s inner quality seal (which protects the electronic components and cushion) in the case of the NeoRhythm Pad.
  • If the device’s hardware or software has been opened, accessed and/or modified from its original functioning state.
