We aim to release updates to the app regularly, with major updates occurring quarterly. However, minor updates and improvements based on customer feedback can be rolled out more frequently as needed.

Q2: What specific aspects of the PEMF programs are most commonly adjusted based on customer feedback?
The most commonly adjusted aspects based on customer feedback include the frequencies, intensities, and duration of the PEMF programs. We also refine usage instructions and user interface elements to enhance overall usability and effectiveness.

Q3: How does the company ensure the reliability and accuracy of the feedback collected from customers?

Final Note

Results may vary from person to person. *The Pain program is specifically designed for individuals with chronic and acute pain. However, it is important to note that the nature of the pain experienced by respondents in this survey was not identified. Therefore, the effectiveness and suitability of the program may differ based on the specific pain conditions of each user. You must contact your doctor, as NeoRhythm is not a medical device.

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy works by emitting electromagnetic waves at different frequencies to stimulate and encourage the body’s natural recovery processes. For pain management, PEMF therapy can help to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and promote healing in damaged tissues, providing relief from both chronic and acute pain.
