By understanding the diverse age groups of our respondents, we aim to tailor our devices and services more effectively to meet their needs. This study is a crucial step in our continuous effort to enhance the quality, usability, and overall effectiveness of our PEMF devices, ensuring they provide the maximum benefit to all users. Each of our customers is asked to provide comprehensive feedback on the use of our device. This is one of the many research efforts we undertake to continually improve our products.

Introduction to Research Results

Our research, active since June 10th 2024, is available to our customers who have been using NeoRhythm devices for more than one month. This ongoing study gathers valuable insights directly from users to enhance the effectiveness and usability of our PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) devices. By continuously collecting and analyzing feedback, we strive to tailor our devices to better meet the diverse needs of our users, ensuring they receive maximum benefits from their NeoRhythm experience.

The result of this research is to publish satisfaction rates with different PEMF programs, helping our customers make informed decisions, compare programs, and exchange information. As a company, we use this information to improve communication with our customers, publish regular updates to our existing and new customers (via app update), and improve overall satisfaction rates.
