Boosting Relaxation, Reducing Stress, and Supporting Overall Health

Vagus Nerve Stimulation - Omnipemf 2

By delivering gentle, non-invasive electromagnetic pulses, PEMF therapy is a safe and effective way to stimulate the vagus nerve, promoting overall relaxation and reducing stress. PEMF works by sending targeted pulses that influence the vagus nerve’s electrical signals, enhancing its ability to regulate key bodily functions like mood, digestion, and immune response.

With regular use, a PEMF device can help improve vagal tone, linked to better well-being. Explore our tailored Quick Start Programs for Vagus Nerve Stimulation and experience the benefits of PEMF for a more balanced lifestyle.

Most Distinguished Result

A study with 485 participants confirmed that a 16 Hz frequency has the greatest effect on improving sleep and reducing anxiety.

Improvement in Sleep
(VAS scale)

Sleep quality was measured using the VAS scale (Visual Analogue Scale), with results shown as average change.
On this scale, 16 Hz showed a +10 point improvement – the highest effect compared to other frequencies and the control group.

16 Hz +10 points
Control group +5 points
32 Hz +3 points
6 Hz 0 points
  • The greatest improvement in 5 out of 7 measurements.
  • Statistically significantly better than 6 Hz and 32 Hz.

Reduction in Anxiety
(VAS scale)

Anxiety levels were measured using the VAS scale (0 to 100), with results shown as average change.
On this scale, 16 Hz led to a −13 point reduction – the most significant improvement compared to all other groups.

16 Hz -13 points
Control group -10 points
32 Hz -8 points
6 Hz -5 points
  • The greatest reduction in three key measurements.
  • Significantly better than 6 Hz.

Most Effective Frequencies for Stimulating the Vagus Nerve

Promoting general well-being and reducing stress when applied to the neck with our device for Vagus Nerve stimulation. For those with low initial well-being,
the effectiveness of PEMF Vagus Nerve stimulation is even higher.

Everything you want to know about our products

PEMF vagus stimulation applied to the neck proved to be very effective, with varying effectiveness of the two frequencies used when it came to general well-being and stress reduction.
A pleasant, relaxing sensation can be felt during the stimulation. Please note that no pulsating, buzzing or any other sounds will be emitted from the device. NeoRhythm doesn’t produce any audible or invasive stimuli.
Use During:
  • Meditation or Yoga
  • Reading
  • Watching TV
  • Gardening
  • Engaging in other leisurely pursuits
NeoRhythm is non-invasive and safe to use. Follow the recommended protocols to avoid any minor side effects, and hydrate extensively before and after each session.
We recommend using NeoRhythm daily, only stimulating the Vagus Nerve for 30 minutes a day. Use it for 7 days, then discontinue use for 3 days. After 3 days, you can begin another 7 day stimulation period, followed by a 3-day break and so on.
We recommend you to use the programs in the morning or afternoon, before 6 PM. You will still reap the improved sleep benefits, although you will do the stimulation during the day and not right before bedtime.
