Welcome to the NeoSurround Development Log.
Over the next several weeks — leading up to our planned launch on 5th December — we’ll share transparent behind-the-scenes updates on how we’re building, testing, and preparing NeoSurround for the world.
This journal will include insights into plastic injection molding, electronics assembly, app integration, certification processes, and everything else that goes into turning a concept into a fully realized product.
We’ll update this page frequently so you can follow our journey in real time.

Development Timeline (Newest Updates First)
Table of Contents
November 14, 2025 — Finalizing App & Component Production
Today we completed the production of the metal cups used for directing and intensifying the PEMF output inside NeoSurround. These elements are crucial for shaping the magnetic field and ensuring consistent intensity across the entire 24-hour cycle.
We also finished the latest development and testing phase of the NeoSurround app. The final updates are being integrated, and the app is now entering the last validation stage.
Functionally, it will be very similar to the NeoRhythm app, offering familiar control logic, program selection, and customization — but optimized specifically for room-based PEMF use and NeoSurround’s unique operating cycle.
Everything is now aligned for the next steps toward the December 5 launch.

November 4, 2025 — Preparing for Tooling & Production
Today marks the official start of our public development updates.
We are currently finalizing all preparations for injection molding — including mold adjustments, material verification, and final design validations.
In parallel, we’re coordinating assembly workflows and video-guideline production so everything is ready by launch week.

October 24, 2025 — Certification Kick-Off (Medical Standards)
About 21 days ago, we officially started the certification process according to the relevant medical-grade standards.
This includes electromagnetic safety testing, biocompatibility documentation, and the full suite of IEC/EN compliance procedures.
One of the key focuses is IEC 60601, the international standard for the safety and essential performance of medical electrical equipment. We are also preparing documentation for IEC 60601-2 collateral and particular standards, which cover more specific safety and performance requirements depending on device category. These tests evaluate everything from electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility to temperature limits, leakage currents, and long-term operational reliability.
This step comes after two full years of development, prototyping, redesigns, and verifying the internal magnetic field architecture.
It is one of the most demanding phases of the project — but essential to guarantee that NeoSurround is safe, stable, and ready for widespread use.
August 14, 2025 — Coil Production Ordered
August 14th, we placed the order for the custom-designed copper coils used inside NeoSurround.
These coils are essential for generating precise PEMF fields, and the supplier is currently finishing the final batch.
Their delivery marks one of the earliest major components needed for assembly.
